This assignment entitled Humanitarian Capacity Building Framework & Strategy for Oxfam and Plans for Partners in Bangladesh”. The specific purpose was to assess existing capacities and capacity gaps of the partners of the OHCB project and plan for addressing those gaps. The consultants’ team worked closely with 19 partners of the OHCB project to identify capacity gaps and to develop capacity building plans for individual partner organizations as well as capacity development framework and strategy for Oxfam Bangladesh.
