2014-2016: My consultancy to UNICEF Ghana

So far I know this was first time I tried to apply Appreciative Inquiry in Community Led Total Sanitation (CLTS); Facilitated communities and actors not to focus on deficit or problems in achievement but share success.  The picture shows 'a young girl of a ODF ( Open Defecation Free)  village sharing the success  to the leaders of otehr communities about 'how they made their village ODF. with collective self-help effort . It worked magically for scaling up conversion rate  ODF community into ODF' ..
